Jennifer Sheehan Anderson provides legal and business guidance on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters with particular emphasis on the protection, enforcement and management of brands and copyrights in the US and internationally. Jennifer works with the client to learn the client’s business to be able to provide solutions tailor to the business needs and goals in the most time and cost efficient matter. She likes to think outside the box for solutions.
Before founding Bridge IP, Jennifer practiced trademark and copyright law for ten years as a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Jennifer also worked in-house for four years as Trademark Counsel-Contractor for H-D Michigan, Inc. (Harley-Davidson) and as a Paralegal at Rader Fishman & Grauer and Manor Care Inc. /Choice Hotels Inc. Jennifer is recognized in International Who’s Who of Trademark Lawyers, 2013-2015, by Managing Intellectual Property as an "IP Star" in 2013- 2015, by Michigan Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in 2010-2011.
Jennifer received her J.D. from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law, Detroit. Michigan in 2000. She received B.A. degree in Government & Politics with an Economic minor from the University of Maryland College Park in College Park, Maryland in 1991. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
